This status is for where Recap does not yet support a specific transaction type for connected accounts.
We constantly update Recap to support every new transaction type on supported exchanges, however platforms can release new ones or change the name without notice, meaning we’re often not aware until you let us know.
Please send us an error report by clicking the red Report Error button - you will find it on the Details page for this transaction from the Activity screen. We will then work to support this transaction as soon as possible. Feel free to also reach out to the team and let us know, especially if you need a quick turnaround.
